Du kannst gerne alleine einziehen oder direkt mit einem Kommilitonen oder einer Kommilitonin.
Inbegriffen sind:
• Voll möblierte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner
• Voll ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Spülmaschine
Was du zusätzlich benötigst:
• Matratzen, Handtücher und andere Hygieneartikel musst du selbstverständlich selbst mitbringen
• Eine Matratze kannst du aber gerne schon vorab bestellen und liefern lassen

• Großes Zimmer: 500 € + Nebenkosten (ca. 100-150 €)

The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and is designed as a 2-person shared flat. The third room is not rented out and can be used by you as a storage room.
You are welcome to move in alone or directly with a fellow student.
Included are:
• Fully furnished apartment in a quiet location, including a washing machine and dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher
What you need additionally:
• You will naturally need to bring mattresses, towels, and other hygiene products
• However, you can order a mattress in advance and have it delivered
Facts and figures:
• Costs:
• Large room: 500 € + utilities (approx. 100-150 €)
• Smaller room: 450 € + utilities (approx. 100-150 €)
• Deposit: 3 cold rents
• Move-in date: Individually negotiable
