Most of the offers are only available in German, as many of the landlords do not speak enough English to communicate with international tenants.

Please note that certain streets like e.g. “Weiterburger Weg”, “Kirchhohl”, “Jahnstraße” and “Goethestraße” lead uphill, because WHU and the center of Vallendar are surrounded by several mountains.

For international apartment seekers who cannot rent an apartment from abroad or due to lack of German language skills, we offer fully furnished and equipped apartments that are rented on a semester basis through the WHU Housing Office. More information can also be found on the WHU website.
