The sublease would be from early June to the end of December 2025.

• Höhrerstraße 1, top floor
• 2 min walk to the university (approx. 200m)
• approx. 100 sqm
• €580 cold rent per month
• Fully furnished, including cutlery, bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror etc.
• Washing machine and dishwasher available
• Two bathrooms

Special Features:
On the ground floor, there is the restaurant Herzog von Nassau and a rentable bowling alley. However, the apartment remains quiet as there is a floor in between and due to thick walls.
