Dear WHU community, on behalf of our landlord we’re looking for two subtenants/tenants to take over our lovely apartment from May/June onwards.

Location: Hellenstr. 10 (2nd floor, 2 min walking distance from WHU)

Key facts:
- Two bedrooms, kitchen, spacious living room, separate bathroom
- ⁠Furniture has to be taken over (not for subtenants)
- ⁠600€ per person excluding electricity (roughly 35€ p.p. per month)
- the flat connects to another 3 people flat via a “Verbindungstüre”
